Meet the Castleton care team
Branch Care Manager
I have worked in the health and social care sector since I was 18 years old, and I could not see myself doing anything else. I am passionate about delivering the highest quality person-centred care to our customers and mentoring carers throughout their care journey. I joined Helping Hands over five years ago because I shared their values and passion. When I am not working, you can find me spending time with my family and my two fur babies Alfie and Willow.

Our discreet live-in carers will understand when you want time to yourself, attending to tasks until you’re ready for company again.
Why Helping Hands is better than a care agency in Castleton
Care agencies and private home care companies have different priorities and different ways of operating. For instance, care agencies don’t:
- Require regulation
- Employ their own carers
- Own their own branch network
On the contrary, Helping Hands:
- Is fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales
- Recruit and employ all of our carers directly and offer additional benefits
- Own and manage every one of our 155 branches across England and Wales
Qualified carers providing a variety of care services in Castleton
The job satisfaction experienced by our carers doesn’t happen by accident; it occurs because we look after them as well as they look after you. We offer job security through guaranteed hours contracts, above industry-average wage rates, paid holidays and a pension scheme. This, as well as offering qualifications and skills development means that our carers are highly motivated and happy in their work.
