Helping Hands have been providing care for my Nan for a few years now. As nan’s needs have changed, the level of support has increased and Nan has been able to stay in the home she loves. The Helping Hands staff have gone above and beyond in supporting Nan and she feels safe and cared for.

I received care for 8 weeks after having a fall and needed help whilst I got better.
Nicola came out and went through everything with me and asked me what I would like in place to give support.
I am very happy that I could have a great input into my care and that I was supported by the care staff very well.
All of the carers are always happy and arrived with a smile to greet me. I am extremely grateful for the support over the last 8 weeks.
